TPAS today publishes its annual review of activities. 

The review covers all areas of our service with examples of the work done by our staff and volunteers. 

In summary:

  • 2 ½ million visits were made to our website
  • Our helpline calls are up 8%
  • Our written enquiries are up 12% 
  • Just over 5,000 people asked for help about a complaint they had.
