Pensions Advisory Service launches new website
For the last few months, we’ve been working on a project to give our website a brand new fresh look for our customers.
We want to put people at ease when it comes to their retirement questions and choices, removing the doubt and pushing the positivity about their pension. To help us achieve this, we've introduced a new style. This includes new brand characters and colours, to help reflect our organisation's personality – friendly and reliable.
We've also reviewed our online information, adding extra detail where appropriate, enabling our customers to make more informed decisions about their pension's future. Complementing the new content, are various short videos we’ve produced to help customers understand how our service works, what they can do if they've lost track of a pension and the options available as a result of the new freedom and choices.
Nowadays, people are used to having information at their fingertips and browsing the web across all of their devices. We want to make detailed and reliable pensions information as easy to find and understand as anything else people search for on the web. Our website can be viewed on their favourite devices and we have tried to keep jargon to the minimum.
As part of our continuous development we’re also planning to introduce a variety of new tools in our ‘My pension’ section, but in the meantime, customers can contact our pension’s specialists who'll be happy to help.
