The Pensions Regulator's Determination Panel has issued a
Financial Support Direction to six companies within the Lehman
Brothers Group.
The determination states that these companies should provide
financial support ot the Lehman Brothers Pension Scheme.
A request for financial support from several of the other
smaller UK group subsidiaries was not upheld.
The reasons for the determination will be published shortly.
