According to research carried out on behalf of the Sunday
Times by Hargreaves Lansdown there is £10bn sat in
underperforming pension funds. Canada Life was shown as the worst
offender with four funds failing to beat the sector average in the
last ten years, whilst Clerical Medical and Friends Provident each
had two underperforming funds.
