Lawrence Churchill, the current Pension Protection Fund (PPF)
chairman is to leave the PPF to become the first chairman of the
National Employment Savings Trust Corporation (NEST).
Mr Churchill will start as chair designate from 1 February and
take full responsibilities on the 5 July, when NEST Corporation
takes over from the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority
(PADA).
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) said one of his first
crucial roles will be the recruitment of the other trustees of NEST
Corporation.
