A report by Clear Path Analysis has found that members of
defined contribution pension schemes are increasingly raising
claims against trustees that could lead to litigation in the
future.
Senior Consultant at Premier Pensions Management, John Reeve,
said regular late contribution payments can result in a reduced
pension.
