A recent study by Scottish Widows and the Institute of Financial
Planning has found that 76% of employees would like some kind of
retirement planning guidance in the workplace. Of those with
occupational pensions, 33% also wanted to be provided with full
pensions advice and 43% believe that some level of retirement
planning advice should be provided regardless of whether there is a
scheme available.
