Third of workers rely on state pension

Following recent research conducted on behalf of Baring Asset Management, 13 million working Brits have no pension arrangements in place and are relying on the state to fund their retirement.

Research also showed that the pension gender gap continues to be significant with four in ten women admitting they have no pension provision compared to a third of men.
