Employees fail to make adequate contributions

A survey by Aon Consulting reveals a marked difference between employee pension contributions across various sectors. While employees across all sectors are not making adequate pension contributions, it was employees in the financial sector who make the lowest at 2.6% of their salary. Only employees in the voluntary sector contribute less, at an average of 2.4% of salary.
