Members of the Communication Workers Union (CWU) have voted in
favour of a national ballot on industrial action over changes to
the Royal Mail Pension Scheme and post office closures.
A meeting between union leaders and Royal Mail bosses will take
place when the conference concludes at the end of the week, but CWU
warned that strikes were inevitable unless an agreement could be
reached.
