MGM, one of the UK's oldest mutual life companies has rebranded
itself and launched into the enhanced annuity market, in the belief
that consumers do not have enough choice upon retirement.
MGM Advantage, formerly MGM Assurance, will offer an enhanced
annuity - which offers higher rates on the assumption of lower life
expectancy - to compete with established players such as Just
Retirement and Partnership Assurance.
