ECJ Rules On Lost Pensions

The European Court of Justice has ruled that the UK failed to meet EU standards for protecting workers from losing their pensions if their employer went bankrupt, but fell short of saying people should be compensated, instead referring the case back to the High Court for a final ruling on whether the government should make up any shortfall in workers' pensions.
