Employer's attitude towards older workers is changing

According to new Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) research, the attitude of employers toward older workers is changing.

Following a survey of 2,000 employers, increased awareness of the age discrimination laws has prompted employers to review their recruitment, retirement and selection practices, and to reconsider their fixed retirement age policy.
