James Purnell, Minister for Pensions Reform, has today announced
that the draft regulations - Occupational Pension Schemes
(Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2006 - will not now be
issued. They were due to issued in October 2006.
Instead, the existing regulations - Occupational Pension Schemes
(Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996 (SI 1996/1655) - will
continue to apply.
