
To view the PDF format documents on this site you will
need the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

click here to download it from the Adobe web
site.
Use Adobe's form to select the correct version for your computer
and operating system. The file size varies but will probably take
between 10 minutes and 20 minutes to download, depending upon the
speed of your connection. Download it to a location on your PC that
you can easily find (i.e. My Documents folder).
When the download is complete, locate the file on your computer
and double click to install it. You may have to reboot the computer
before you can use the program.
Once the program is installed you can view pdf files live on the
web through your web browser. You can also save them to your hard
drive and view pdf files that have been previously saved to your
hard drive.

Note: Some networks may not allow you to
download files through the Internet. If this is the case contact
your network or PC support department and ask them to install it
for you.
