There are lots of ways you can get in touch to talk to us about pensions. This page explains all the ways to contact us and how we’ll be able to help.
We can help with all kinds of pension questions. If you have a question, please get in touch with us using any of the ways below.
While we will always try to be helpful, what we're not able to do is give regulated financial advice. This means that we're not able to tell you what product you should buy or what to do. What we can do however, is talk you through some of the things you might want to think about, and the possible implications of the decision you need to make.
Our services are offered online, in writing, via web chat and by telephone. Please note that incoming and outgoing calls may be recorded. Unfortunately we're unable to accept visitors to our office.
Helplines and online support
Our pension helplines are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (and in addition, by web chat from 7pm to 9pm on Tuesdays). We are closed on public holidays.

Complaints about our service
We always aim to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. However, despite our endeavours we don’t always get it right. It’s really important to us that we hear your feedback and can learn from it.
If you think we could have done something better and are unhappy with how we've handled your case, please let us know.
You’ll find full details of our complaint procedure here.
Unfortunately, there are fake telephone callers out there, so please be careful if someone cold calls you and asks you for personal information about you and your pension. At The Pensions Advisory Service, we only know what you tell us and we have no access to your personal information. We don’t make unsolicited calls and we don't sell any type of product or service.
If you receive a suspicious call, please click here to read about your consumer rights and who you can contact for more help.
Where can I find out more?
