Unsolicited calls

We have no access to your personal information and we only provide information and guidance about pensions.  In providing our service we will never ask for your bank account details and we do not make unsolicited calls.  There are a number of bogus telephone callers so please be careful about anyone asking for personal information.  If you receive a call asking for information of this nature and you need further advice please contact Consumer Direct using the Directgov online form.
