The Pensions Advisory Service provides information and guidance
to members of the public on pension matters generally. We also help
to resolve disputes and complaints about private pension
arrangements (workplace pensions, personal pensions and stakeholder
pensions).
Please note that our service does not extend to giving regulated
financial advice.

Unsolicited calls
We have no access to your personal information and we only
provide information and guidance about pensions. In providing
our service we will never ask for your bank account details
and we do not make unsolicited calls. There are a number of
bogus telephone callers so please be careful about anyone asking
for personal information. If you receive a call asking for
information of this nature and you need further advice please
contact Consumer Direct using the Directgov online form.
