The Pensions Helpline
The Pensions Advisory Service operates a national telephone helpline manned by pensions professionals who will provide information and guidance on any aspect of occupational, personal pensions, stakeholder pensions and state pensions. It serves members of the public but not those acting in a professional capacity such as financial advisers, solicitors etc.
Lines are manned Monday to Friday from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. You can call outside of these times and leave a number for someone to call you back.
